PUNI Distillery

Founded by the Ebensperger family in Glorenza, PUNI distinguishes the 2010 founding, first distillation in February 2012 and the first NOVA and ALBA whisky bottlings in 2015. Its early three-malt recipe is not the same as its subsequent primarily barley-malt production.
